Efficiency of foliar fertilization

Foliar fertilization is currently one of the most modern and effective methods of delivering nutrients to plants that are not always able to get them through the root system. This is caused, among other things by:

  • unfavorable weather conditions,
  • poor quality of soil,
  • low development of the root system,
  • Too small root nutrient absorption, especially during the propagation stage and intensive crop growth.

Almost in every case, the appropriate conditions for absobing macro- and micronutrients from the soil are not one hundred percent satisfied. In order to guarantee the correct development of the plants, and to obtain satisfactory quality and quantity of yields, it is necessary to provide them by outside the root way. Such feeding is a very effective way to replenish nutrient deficiencies, due to faster absorption and its higher level than in the case of soil fertilization.
